This waterborne polyurethane Dispersions product appears as milky semi-transparent liquid under normal ambient condition. From standard technical parameters, its solid content is controlled at 35±1%, with pH value ranging from 7.0 to 9.0 under 25°C testing environment, and the Brookfield viscosity tested at 25°C is lower than 300mPa·s. As a mature water based polyurethane resin supplied by qualified polyurethane resin manufacturer and waterborne polyurethane supplier, the finished PUD maintains stable physical indicators under standard storage conditions. For storage specification, intact original sealed packaging enables six-month shelf life at 20°C after delivery, while the optimal storage temperature scope is limited between 5°C and 30°C. Improper storage such as freezing or storage above 30°C will alter product viscosity and average particle size, further triggering sedimentation or coagulation; pollution from bacteria, fungi or algae will bring irreversible damage to this waterborne polyurethane Dispersions product.
